Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested via phone or email. We make cancellation requests on a best efforts basis with the manufacturers. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as quickly as possible so that we may attempt to stop your order.

When will I receive my refund for my cancelled order?

A refund will only be processed once your cancellation request is confirmed as cancelled by the manufacturer. If the order is too late to cancel, a refund cannot be issued. If you don't want the product, a return can be requested through our normal return policy. We can then issue a refund once the return is received back per our return policy (to view our return policy, click here).

I requested to cancel my order but it shipped - why?

Cancellations are made on a best efforts basis. Due to our priority with manufacturers, our orders are processed very quickly. It's not always possible to stop an order from shipping, even if you request to cancel the same day an order was placed. We will do all we can to stop the order, but if it should ship, a return can be requested through our normal return policy (to view our return policy, click here).

Do I pay return fees if my order ships?

If a cancellation is denied and an order is shipped, our normal return policy applies. Depending on the brand, you may be responsible for return shipping fees. To view our return policy, click here.

How do I make a return?

If your product ships after you requested a cancellation, then please follow our normal return policy. Please keep in mind that refusing a shipment is not considered a return and any refund could be delayed or denied if the product is lost.

To start the process for a return, simply complete our short return request form. One of our customer service representatives will process your request and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number will be issued. We will also provide you with return shipping instructions. The merchandise should be packed and returned in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories. Once you are provided an RGA number and return shipping instructions, please ship the package via a trackable method, insured, and send us the tracking information so we can verify receipt and issue credit promptly. My order was successfully cancelled, how long until I receive my refund?

We average 24 hours to process credits on cancelled orders. We will notify you via email when credit has been issued.

Can I cancel a custom Product?

Can I cancel a custom product?

  • No cancellations on custom/made to order Items.
    • Heaters -
      • Infratech controls are custom and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
      • Any powder coated unit is made to order and cannot be cancelled. Call to confirm.
    • Umbrellas -
      • Most Galtech International Sunbrella fabrics are custom cut and cannot be cancelled once ordered. Only ‘Quick Ship’ fabrics can be cancelled.
      • Canopy only items cannot be cancelled
    • Custom shade sails are non-returnable
    • FIM Umbrella's are non-returnable, non-cancellable once an order is processed
