Warranty
At Patio Products USA, we have made a commitment to our customers by providing either an extended year of warranty or a Lifetime Warranty (on select brands) on the products we carry. This is an exclusive offer from Patio Products USA and is not something provided by the manufacturer. You won't find this offer from other retailers. Patio Products USA is not only committed to providing the best customer service, but also offering the best value to our customers.

- Our warranty applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We'll repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that fails to operate due to a defect. We'll cover shipping both ways to get the repair or replacement taken care of for you. We do not cover any service, installation, or other third party fees associated with the defect.
- Sunbrella fabrics are covered for sun fading only
The warranty does not cover :
- Glass which has become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature.
- Product finish which has faded, rusted, or pitted due to environmental factors.*
- Damages caused by weather. Ie; wind damage, rain damage
- Light bulbs/lamps that have burned out (unless otherwise stated on the product page for LED fixtures).
- Service, installation, or other third party fees incurred due to the defect.
- Rips in fabrics on Umbrellas, Furniture, Shade Sails, and Covers
- Grill warranties do not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, neglect of maintenance, or discoloration, which may occur due to moisture or overheating.
The Warranty coverage is valid only if a product is purchased directly though Belami Inc dba PatioProductsUSA.com. Claims may only be filed by the original purchaser or owner as required under this Warranty.
Brands not covered under our Lifetime Warranty will receive a 1 year warranty from Patio Products USA. It applies to the original purchaser of the product and the product must have been purchased from Patio Products USA to activate our warranty. The warranty does not apply to orders placed with another retailer
If your item has been discontinued and is still covered under our warranty, please give us a call. We'll work with you to reselect or find another solution. We'll take care of you either way.
