In Stock Guarantee
If you order a product from one of our participating brands, and the item ends up on back order, we'll give you a refund! Was your order over $400? You'll get $100 back. Under $400? We refund you 20% off your order! If we don't have it, we'll give you money back for having to wait.
How to Claim Your Credit:
To claim your credit, please call or send us an email within 30 days of receipt of your product, or once you know it's back ordered.
In the subject field please enter: In Stock Credit Claim. You can find our Customer Service number and Helpdesk:
- Only orders from participating brands that are over $400 receive the $100 credit.
- Participating brands with orders under $400 receive a 20% refund off of their order.
- Items must be on back order to receive this credit - Items in stock are NOT eligible.
- Discontinued items are NOT eligible.
- Only standard products qualify for our in stock guarantee - special lamping, custom finishes and made-to-order products are NOT eligible for In Stock credit.
In Stock Credits are issued on a per order basis. Only (1) credit can be issued per order. Credit CANNOT exceed the original amount charged. If multiple items from participating brands are back ordered, you can receive either $100 if your order total is over $400 OR a 20% refund on your total if under $400.
Our In Stock Guarantee credit CANNOT be combined with our Quick Delivery Promotions. Only (1) credit can be issued per order.
This offer applies to NEW ORDERS ONLY. Replacement orders are NOT eligible for the In Stock credit.
If you choose to cancel or return a qualifying item, you are no longer eligible for the credit. The credit can only be applied if you choose to wait for the back ordered item and keep your order.
At this time, we are unable to extend this offer on orders shipping to Canada.
You must claim your credit within 30 days of product delivery. Claims requested after 30 days will be denied.
