Low Price Guarantee
If you find a lower price online within 14 days of your purchase, we'll match it. We only have a few requirements to activate the price match.
- The item must be identical (same manufacturer, same model number, same warranty).
- The competitor has to be an authorized online retailer by the manufacturer. We do not currently price match showrooms, big box stores (like Home Depot/Lowes), retailers outside of the US or unauthorized retailers.
- The request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We need to see proof of the lower price (you can send us a screenshot or a link to view it).
- We match the total delivered price (this includes any applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, discounts, etc.).
- Competitor coupons cannot be combined with our standard low price guarantee. The standard low price guarantee is offered on competitors published pricing only.
- Clearance and closeout items are excluded from this guarantee.
